Teacher Portal & Class Roster Guide

Step-by-step instructions for classroom setup, student uploads, and parent reporting.

Setting Up Your Class Roster

Teachers have full administrative access to student profiles and progress. You can easily populate your class roster in two ways:

  • Roster CSV Upload: Upload a .csv file containing columns for Student Name, Preferred Name (optional), and Password. Our system will generate usernames automatically based on the student names.
  • Google Sheet Sync: Input the shareable URL of a Google Sheet with identical column names. Once linked, teachers can sync student accounts in one click.

Teacher Control & Visibility

As the classroom teacher, you hold absolute power over student accounts. You can:

  • View comprehensive reports showing every completed quiz, adaptive track difficulty metrics, and state standard mastery rankings.
  • Edit student preferred names or reset lost passwords directly from your Class Roster panel.
  • Add or delete students at any time.

Parent Communications

Teachers can email students' progress details directly to their parents from the portal, provided that the school district allows parent email contact. Students remain completely anonymous on the public platform; parent contact details are held securely and never shared with third parties.

Single Sign-On Security

Teacher authentication is integrated via the district's Single Sign-On (SSO) system. In the event that a teacher's position is terminated or they leave the district, their access credentials will be automatically deactivated in synchronization with the district's centralized registry, ensuring zero data leakage.
